Tammy Childress | Executive Director
Tammy Childress holds a bachelor's degree from Belhaven College and is one of the founders of the company. She worked as a paralegal for the Madison County District Attorney's office and the United States Attorney's office for seven years prior to implementing the programs of Correctional Counseling of Mississippi. She is a member of the American Probation and Parole Association, The National Association of Drug Court Professionals, and the American Correctional Association.
Larry Carr | Assessment Counselor and MRT Facilitator
Larry Carr earned both his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from the University of Southern Mississippi. He has spent the past 12 years working in the field of addiction and recovery with memberships in Mississippi Association of Addiction Professionals and International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals. His experience includes both inpatient and outpatient counseling, along with Eating Disorder, relapse prevention and anger management counseling.
Benny Childress | Field Officer/GPS Consultant
As one of the first employees of the company in 1994, Benny Childress helped develop the Electronic Monitoring Department and has seen the technology evolve from radio frequency units to the latest GPS units from Israel. He holds an Associate's Degree from Hinds Community College and served his hometown as alderman for two consecutive terms.
